Elevate Beauty works out of Studio 35, a suite inside Salon Republic at 1555 Camino Del Mar, on the terrace level of Del Mar Plaza near US Bank. The studio is shared, and the space is described as comfortable and welcoming. Parking is reached through the 15th Street entrance to the parking structure, which leads directly to the terrace level, and parking validation is offered. The salon is open Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed the rest of the week.

The business presents its luxury service as something approachable rather than intimidating. New clients complete a digital consultation form before booking online, and a deposit reserves the first appointment and is applied to the total. Consultations can take place in the salon or virtually. Clients receive a confirmation text and email on booking, followed by reminders before the visit. Clients may be photographed or filmed during appointments under a signed release, with images used on the website, social media and marketing.

Services are grouped into named sessions such as Brighten Me Up, Elevated Refresh, Not So Basic Cut, Lived In Color, Custom Blonding and Framelight, along with color, express, cutting and styling, keratin, extension and special event menus. Monthly Signature Rituals memberships and prepaid series for blowouts and treatments are also offered. Clients can have the Monaluce keratin treatment, which is formaldehyde free.

Policies are set out in advance. Cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead are not charged, while shorter notice is charged 50 percent of the service total and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full total. Rescheduling carries no fee. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Refunds are not offered for services, and product exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase. Children are not permitted in the salon during appointments unless their guest is also booked, and well-behaved animals are welcome.
