Visits can begin with a consultation, where hair goals, color and technique options, pricing, at-home care and future maintenance are discussed; clients are asked to bring inspiration photos. Color services range from a quick gloss or toner and root retouch to all-over color, traditional foil highlights, and balayage, a lightening technique offered for either a natural or high-contrast look.

Booking requires a deposit of half the scheduled service, which is credited toward services on the appointment day and is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are charged the full service amount, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have their service rescheduled if it cannot be finished in the remaining time. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted with a 3% transaction fee on cards, while Zelle, Apple Pay and cash avoid that fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. All services are final sale, though clients who are unhappy with a result should report it within one week for adjustments. Hours are Friday and Saturday, 5 AM to 8 PM.
