Bri Claire and Marisa Wilson are the co-owners and both work behind the chair alongside a team of stylists. Each stylist lists their own specialties, which range from balayage and blonding to vivid color, textured cuts, extensions and alternative color.

Booking is done through the salon's GlossGenius page or in person. A 25% deposit of the service price holds the appointment, either paid in advance or secured by a card on file, and it is applied toward the total on the day. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice; with less notice the deposit is kept, and with enough notice it can be moved to the new appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be turned away, and running late should be mentioned to the stylist.

The menu is priced and timed service by service. A bang trim is $20 and takes about 15 minutes, while cuts start at $50 for a 30-minute appointment. Blonding runs from a $175 mini custom service to a full solid blonde that starts at $550 and takes about seven hours. A free 15-minute consultation is offered before booking, and extension installs start at $300 for those who bring their own hair or have extensions already in place.
