The base facial, Element Signature Facial, runs 60 minutes and is customized for all skin types. It includes a skin analysis, gentle extraction, massage across the face, neck and shoulders, and hydration. The 90-minute facials add a further step, such as the Infinity Peel, which uses a diamond crystal tip to abrade the surface of the skin while a vacuum removes dead skin cells.

Shorter 30-minute add-ons target specific areas. The 3D Lifting Treatment is intended for under-eye bags, dark circles and wrinkles around the eyes, and the 3DFirming Neck Treatment is intended for sagging jowls and a double chin. The Luxury Face Lifting and 3D Face Lifting sessions are designed to support collagen, tighten skin and soften the look of wrinkles, with the 3D version noted to possibly feel mildly warm.

HYDRAFACIAL comes in three tiers. Signature runs 60 minutes and cleanses, extracts and hydrates with serums containing antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid. Deluxe takes 90 minutes: it adds a booster for a skin concern the client chooses, then finishes with LED light therapy. Platinum also lasts 90 minutes and opens with lymphatic drainage, followed by the Signature steps, a client-selected booster and LED. According to the salon, HYDRAFACIAL MD ranks among the most widely performed skin treatments worldwide. The treatment is described as non-surgical and non-invasive.

Body options include a 30-minute full-body scrub with organic lavender sugar, a 60-minute back treatment that combines Infinity PEEL exfoliation with a mask, and a 60-minute body scrub using an infrared heat blanket. The salon describes the heat blanket as helping soften skin and expel sweat.

Each facial is tailored to the client's skin type, and the salon presents its HYDRAFACIAL and lifting treatments as non-surgical options.
