Clients can book online and choose a technician by name (Vivian, Sophia, or Lynh) or with no preference. Reservations can also be made by calling (925) 961-9172. Booking confirmations are sent by text message or phone call, and changes are made by calling the salon. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The pedicure menu runs from a Basic Pedicure at $40 through Callus Treatment, Cucumber Therapy, and Saigon Brew, a coffee-themed pedicure with a coffee and milk soak and hot stone massage, up to the Elegant Pedicure at $99. The Elegant Pedicure combines a bath bomb soak, a signature oil and pain relief cream massage, a 30-minute deep tissue hot stone massage, and a paraffin treatment. Adding gel polish to any pedicure costs $15. Manicures range from a Basic Manicure at $30 to an Elegant Manicure at $60, which includes a cannabinol oil paraffin application and a 15-minute massage.
Acrylic and gel services include Gel X, dip, gel builder, ombre, and pink and white sets, with nail art add-ons such as chrome and sticker foil at $10 each. Nail art is priced by the time and complexity of the design, and clients discuss the details with their technician. A deep-cleansing facial is listed at $80, and waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, and Brazilian areas.
Elegant Rewards membership is free and can be joined at the front desk. Cash payments earn 5 points per dollar and card payments earn 2 points per dollar, and 500 points can be redeemed as a $5 gift card at checkout. Clients earn 500 points when a referred friend has a first visit, and birthday week includes 10% off. The salon also offers self check-in, where clients add their bill from a card for approval.
