A visit starts with a conversation about the client's goals and questions, before any options are recommended. The practice puts education first, explaining each option clearly so clients can decide with confidence. Treatment plans are built around the client's goals and comfort level, and may combine aesthetic work, skin health and wellness care. Complimentary aesthetic consultations are offered.

The injectables menu includes Botox and Dysport for fine lines, forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, with treatment areas grouped from small to full body. Dermal fillers from the Juvederm and Restylane brands are available, along with lip filler planned around each client and Sculptra, which supports gradual volume restoration through collagen stimulation.

On the skin side, HydraFacial comes in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions and cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates in a single appointment, usually with little downtime. Customized facials are matched to skin type and concerns, and chemical peels are chosen after a pre-treatment review from six VI Peel formulations. Microneedling, IPL photofacials and erbium laser resurfacing address texture, tone and sun-related discoloration, while vein treatment covers visible veins on the face and body. Laser hair removal is done in a series of sessions, and laser tattoo removal is gradual and personalized.

Clinic hours are Monday 9 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, though advance booking is recommended. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and late cancellations or missed appointments carry a $50 fee. Financing is available through Cherry with monthly payment options.

The practice plans each treatment around the client's goals and comfort, combining aesthetics, skin health and wellness where it fits, with education first.
