The studio is at 550 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 310, in Houston, across Loop 610 from Uptown Park. Appointments are by arrangement only, with office hours Monday through Wednesday from 11am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.

The work is electrolysis permanent hair removal. Services include hair removal for men such as beard shaping and thinning, treatment of ingrown hairs, unibrow shaping, and shoulder and back hair. Treatment appointments run 13, 27, 42 or 55 minutes, priced at $45, $60, $75 or $90, with private area treatments priced slightly higher. The business says treatment duration varies, with a general range of 18 months to 3 years for the full course.

Before a visit, clients are asked to shave three to five days ahead so the hair can be grasped and treated, and to avoid tweezing, waxing and threading between sessions. New patients complete a client profile first. Clients who want facial work are asked to remove makeup beforehand, and other areas should be clean before the appointment. Clients may apply lidocaine numbing cream themselves one hour before treatment, though the electrologist cannot administer it. Staying hydrated and avoiding caffeine on the day of treatment is suggested. After sessions, the skin is cleansed and soothed with Hydrogel.

Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment and is accepted by cash, check or Zelle. A returned check carries a $45 charge. Late arrivals are charged from the originally scheduled time, and appointments not cancelled within 24 hours are charged in full. Monday cancellations must be sent by text to avoid a fee.
