Electrolysis is the clinic's core service. The clinic says it considers electrolysis the only method approved by the FDA for truly permanent hair removal, and it states that electrolysis works on all skin types, hair types, skin colors, hair colors and body areas. Sessions run from about 15 minutes to more than an hour depending on how much hair is being treated, and the clinic notes that a typical course takes a minimum of 18 months to two years per area. Electrolysis is priced per session by length: $50 for 0 to 15 minutes, $75 for 30 minutes, $100 for 45 minutes and $125 for 60 minutes. The clinic does not sell packages, so clients pay for each session as they go.

Laser hair removal usually takes 6 to 8 treatments spaced about six weeks apart, according to the clinic. Laser works best on light skin with dark hair, and the clinic notes that blonde and gray hair are hard to treat with laser. Clients sign a waiver before each laser session confirming that their medical history has not changed. Laser is not performed on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Electrolysis may be performed during pregnancy, and the clinic suggests clients check with their physician first.

Visits are by appointment only. The clinic charges a $25 late cancellation fee and a $50 no-show fee. The clinic says its customers are its top priority.
