Visits usually begin with a consultation, which can take place in the studio or by FaceTime or video. Medical-grade skincare can be sent to clients after a video consult. Appointments can be booked online through a Vagaro page. The studio is open Monday to Thursday 9AM to 7PM, Friday 9AM to 6PM and Saturday 9AM to 4PM, and is closed on Sundays. The facial menu is broad. Skinceuticals-based facials are offered for acne-prone skin, discoloration, hydration, brightness and anti-aging, and there is a Gentleman's facial designed for men's skincare. Shorter options include the Glow & Go, a personalized 35-minute facial, and a Calming Facial that uses gentle, acid-free ingredients suited to all skin types. Teen facials come in a light version and a version for medium to heavy breakouts. For deeper work there is the Clear Facial Treatment, a non-invasive resurfacing service for the face, neck and chest, and the Grande Lux Red Carpet Facial, a two-hour treatment that combines a diamond peel, microcurrent, lymphatic drainage and a caviar mask. The Elan Bespoke Facial is a 75-minute customized option.

Body services include HydraBody treatments for arms, back, back of neck, booty, hands, legs, neck and décolleté, stomach, underarms and the scalp, plus body treatments designed to detox, firm, rehydrate and re-mineralize the skin. The scalp HydraBody treatment is called Keravive and is usually recommended as three sessions about a month apart. Laser hair removal is offered for facial and body hair, with full body treatments available. Clients are asked to shave the area the day of the appointment or to request a shave add-on for a small fee.

Several treatments come with specific preparation guidance. Chemical peel clients are asked to avoid sun and tanning for four weeks before treatment. Dermaplaning and microdermabrasion have their own pre-care rules, including avoiding retinoids, waxing and direct sun for a set period. LED light therapy cannot be used on suntanned skin, and exfoliating products and retinoids should be stopped a week beforehand. Brow tinting pre-care includes avoiding sun, retinoids, AHAs, waxing and tweezing for a week before the appointment.
