Pilates is based on the classical principles of Power Pilates, with movements from other workshops added where they complement the work. Every new client begins with a 50-minute Introduction Class ($50), which is required before private and group classes. Private sessions cost $80 each, or $300 for 4 and $560 for 8. Duet sessions for three to four clients cost $140 for 4 sessions or $240 for 8. Semi-private sessions are open to private-class members who bring a friend, for an extra $30 for the guest. Sessions are offered in a fully equipped facility and suit fitness, sports performance, pain relief, weight loss, pregnancy and seniors. Pilates reservations are made through the contact form.
