Every facial starts with a thorough assessment and a customized plan. Clients are asked what they notice at home and what they have already tried, and then the skin is analyzed and a plan is chosen together. The spa says it matches each treatment to the client's skin concern, schedule and downtime tolerance rather than giving everyone the same service, and that it focuses on visible results rather than trends.

New clients usually begin with a consultation, either virtual or in the spa. After the assessment, clients receive a written plan with recommended treatments, timelines, expected results, costs and home care. Patch tests are done when needed before a first treatment, and the spa advises avoiding heavy exfoliation, retinoids or waxing for at least a week beforehand. For a big event, the spa recommends booking a facial one to four weeks ahead so the skin has time to settle.

Several appointments can be bundled together, which the spa says can save money. Endermologie packages are available, are not refundable and must be used within the year they are purchased. Gift certificates can be issued in any amount, in digital or physical form, with a personal message, and redeemed for facials, body treatments, cellulite sessions or retail products. Appointments can be booked online through the spa's booking platform.
