Electrolysis is the spa's permanent hair removal service, performed by certified electrologists and priced by time: 15 minutes for $43, 30 minutes for $68, 45 minutes for $90 and 60 minutes for $112. The salon notes that the FDA recognizes electrolysis as the only method of permanent hair removal it recognizes, and that FDA-cleared laser devices are cleared for permanent hair reduction instead. Waxing works best once hair has grown about 7 to 10 days, and clients taking Accutane, Retin-A or Differin cannot be waxed. Waxing is offered from small areas such as the nostrils and upper lip up to a full leg, and clients should wait 8 hours after a wax before showering.

Facials are customized to each client's skin needs, and clients can talk through a skin care plan with the esthetician. The spa's private-label organic facials use plant extracts and essential oils from organic agriculture and are described as ECOCERT certified. The menu also includes Nelly De Vuyst facials such as BioAcne, BioRosacea, BioCalm for sensitive skin, and Radiance, along with LumiFacial and LumiLift light treatments, Sheerwave skin tightening and fat reduction, and InnoPen microchanneling. Facials can be bought in packages of five, with the fifth at half off.

The spa aims for a stress-free space where guests can relax, and treatments can be given with the light, music and conversation level adjusted to each guest's preference. Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday shorter days, with Sunday and Monday closed. New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, cell phones should be off before entering, and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Private spa parties for groups of at least four get exclusive use of the facility with a 50 percent non-refundable deposit. Products are sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price, never above it.
