The salon describes itself as a clean, organic, non-toxic salon. Its aim is healthy hair, pursued with high-performing products and hair color made from natural ingredients. The color is naturally derived and ingredient-focused, and All Over Color services use a formula free from PPD and ammonia. Each hair color service includes a take-home product chosen for the client's hair type.

Every service begins with an in-depth consultation that covers the result the client wants, an estimate of cost and a care plan. Corrective Color requires a consultation before it can be booked. Shampoos include an Ayurvedic scalp massage with a cool eucalyptus towel placed over the eyes, and hair treatments can be added to any hair service with a hot towel and an extended scalp massage. Starting prices vary by designer, time and the product needed.

The spa side includes a Custom Organic Facial tailored to skin needs and performed with Eminence Organic Skincare, usually repeated every four to six weeks. Lash and brow treatments, facial enhancements and waxing are also offered. Waxing uses a non-wax, anti-microbial, botanical hair removal system.

The salon is a family-friendly space, and children are welcome when they are well-behaved and supervised. A credit card is required to reserve appointments. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and appointments cancelled or changed later than that are charged 50% of the full service price. No-shows are charged the full service price. Appointments can be adjusted through online booking up to 24 hours ahead. Payment is accepted by cash or credit card, and gratuity can be given in cash or by Venmo. Refunds are not given for services or products, though unopened and unused products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Clients who are not satisfied should contact the salon within one week of the appointment, and changes are made according to the original consultation.

The team includes hair designers at several levels, from owner and expert to senior, advanced, designer and independent. The salon is hiring both experienced and newer stylists and offers ongoing education and coaching with a growth plan. Its in-house Assistant Training Program seeks hair models, with each model appointment guided by an experienced educator.
