The business pairs clean beauty, wellness and organic products with advanced aesthetic technology. Facials are customized to each client's skin, and the menu groups them by concern: anti-aging, sensitive skin, brightening, texture, hydration, and acne or breakout-prone skin. New clients can book the Eden Glow Consultation and Signature Facial, which includes a skin analysis, a personalized treatment plan and a home care plan. An online skin quiz also suggests a facial based on skin type and goals.

Enhancements such as LED light therapy, microcurrent, oxygen treatment and collagen can be added within a facial. The esthetician applies them when the client mentions them at booking or arrival, and many enhancements cannot be booked online. Massage is performed by licensed massage therapists. Medical aesthetics at Doylestown are handled by a licensed team through Eden Wellness, the company's laser and aesthetics center.

The Acne Clinic runs the Face Reality program, led by a nurse practitioner, with personalized treatment plans and professional and home-care coaching. Follow-up treatments are scheduled about every two weeks after the first consultation and home care regimen, and all clinic services are performed by licensed, acne-certified estheticians. The clinic says clear skin is achievable in three to four months with its program. The salon states that every service is delivered by licensed professionals.

Hair services include haircuts, blow outs, styling, single process color, balayage, high and low lights, ombre, color correction, keratin smoothing and extensions. The hair color and styling line is described as ammonia-free and plant-based, and the salon describes its hair color as award-winning. Pricing for most color, highlight, extension and keratin work is set after a stylist consultation.

Clean beauty and wellness principles are combined with advanced aesthetic technology, and facials are customized to each client's skin using organic and clinical methods.

The Doylestown salon is upscale and warm with unhurried treatment rooms, Newtown's spa is private and intimate, and Allentown has high ceilings, light-filled salon space and an upstairs spa.
