Jamie Altimari, the owner and master stylist, opened the studio after 19 years at a single salon. Under Jamie and the rest of the team, hair color covers single process, highlights, balayage and double process, with haircuts that range from clipper cuts and dry curly cuts to razor cuts and wash-and-go styles. Extensions are offered as tape-in or beaded weft, and the esthetics menu runs from dermaplaning and chemical peels to several named facials.

Visits are booked through an online GlossGenius booking page. Several services need a consultation first: double process color, tape-in extensions, beaded weft extensions and chemical peels. Blowdries are booked together with color services because the salon has no self-blowdry station.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Clients who feel unwell should call or text their stylist to reschedule. Requests for changes to color or a haircut must be made within 7 days of the appointment. Services are not refunded, and neither is hair ordered for extensions; the cost of extension hair is a nonrefundable deposit.
