The menu is organized into body treatments, massages, waxing, skin care, express treatments, foot treatments and packages. Massage options run from Swedish and deep tissue to lava stone, hot stone reflexology, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, shiatsu, Thai massage and a prenatal and postpartum massage. Massages come with a foot mask or body care patch, and facials include a hand mask. Foot and hand masks can also be added to a massage or facial when booking online.

Body treatments use scrubs, wraps and mud. The Sandy Beach Scrub, Organic Lavender Scrub, Coconut Body Scrub and Micro Nutrition Scrub are offered in several session lengths. The Lemon Sugar Body Scrub and Polish, the Cocoa Wrap, the Deep Sea Dive and the European Rose Body Mud Treatment are also on the menu, along with the Parafango Brush, which is priced by body area. The foot scrub uses mineral salt that the spa says is harvested from the Southern Dead Sea in Israel.

Skin care includes a range of facials, from a 30-minute express facial to a 90-minute HydraFacial, plus microdermabrasion using laser-cut diamond tips, a Thermo Radio Frequency skin tightening facial, and eye treatments. A dermal renewal peel can be added to a full or express facial, with five peel options. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back and chest and bikini areas for men and women, with a full leg with Brazilian bikini service at the top of the range. The spa says its waxing staff are highly trained.

Eden Med Spa also offers body contouring with CoolSculpting, along with Botox, fillers and platelet rich plasma for regenerative medicine. Couples can book a shared massage or lava stone session, and the spa advises booking early for couple massages, which it describes as among its most popular treatments. Two packages combine several services: the Day Dream Package and a Couple's Package with a mineral salt scrub, an anti-pollution foot treatment, a couple massage and champagne and chocolates.

After September 11, 2001, the spa opened around the clock for rescue workers for more than a week, offering free spa services and clean clothing. It later provided free massages to workers at Liberty Street and then near Ground Zero for several weeks, and offered free eye and osteopathic services. The spa says the City Council of New York honored it for that work. It has also been featured in New York Magazine, which described it as an oasis in the heart of the city.

The spa's stated focus is stress relief and bringing balance to daily life, with a calm space as the setting for each visit.

The spa describes itself as a center of serenity and relaxation in Lower Manhattan.
