Facials are a central part of the menu. Many use Eminence Organics products, and the range runs from a teen-focused clean and a T-Zone treatment through acne maintenance, custom, deluxe, antioxidant and anti-aging dermaplaning facials. Several facials can include Infusia patches for anti-aging, acne or rosacea concerns. The spa holds HydraFacial Icon Provider status according to its own site, and offers Deluxe, Ultimate and Platinum Elite HydraFacial versions, along with a stand-alone or add-on eye and lip treatment. Add-ons include blue, red or combined LED light, peels such as glycolic, lactic, salicylic, pumpkin and mangosteen, Nano Needling, and microdermabrasion for hands or a spot.

Massage therapy covers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Warm Stone, Lavender Tranquility, Eminence Organics Apricot Bliss, CBD Infusion, AromaFlex, prenatal massage for the second and third trimesters, TMJ release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and reflexology. Body treatments include salt, sugar and polish scrubs, several wraps, and a cellulite-focused treatment. Energy work includes Reiki and Chakra Balancing. Nail services use CND Shellac gel polish, Spa Ritual vegan polishes, OPI and Essie, and the pedicure room is described as private and tranquil with one technician per client. Waxing uses a roll-on system with a beeswax formula, a chamomile and azulene formula for sensitive skin, and hard wax for sensitive areas.

Booking is available through the Request Appointment button on the website or by phone at (561) 447-7700. A credit card number is required at booking, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the full service charge. Groups or packages of three or more scheduled hours need 48 hours' notice, and larger bookings of six or more hours require a 50% deposit and 72 hours' notice. Guests are asked to arrive on time, with at least 15 minutes early encouraged for paperwork. Gratuities are not included in fees, and the spa cites 20% as the standard for excellent service. Children under 12 are asked to stay home, and teens may receive limited treatments with signed parental consent. Gift cards never expire, spa packages are valid for one year, and unused products can be exchanged or taken as store credit within 15 days.
