The down perm relaxes hair on the sides and back and is not a full curly perm, and it does not include a haircut. The volume straight perm reduces wave and smooths hair, with the level of smoothing discussed with the stylist, and it includes a haircut.

Clients book through the business's own online scheduler, which supports repeat appointments and sends text reminders to clients who opt in.
