The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Color and extension consultations are offered at no charge, and haircut and color pricing is listed with approximate timing so clients can plan their visit.

Color services cover everything from a toning glaze done at the shampoo bowl and root touch ups usually booked for grey coverage to full foil, partial foil, balayage, airtouch, babylights and dimensional color. Full foil and balayage-style services are priced from a starting point and run about three hours.

The salon's cancellation policy asks for 24 hours notice before an appointment. Late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service not completed, and no-shows are charged for the entire service.
