Founder Natasha Arocha runs the space by appointment only, one client at a time, which keeps the setting calm and quiet with no crowded waiting area.
Brow visits begin with a consultation and brow mapping, which come with every appointment, even a quick wax. Options range from a clean-up wax for clients who already have their shape, to a full wax and sculpt, to hybrid dye that stains both skin and hair, and to brow lamination, a two-step perming treatment for clients who want more structure or fullness, coarser or unruly brow hair, downward-growing brow hair, or less time spent styling. A free aftercare kit comes with every tint, lamination, lash lift and package.
Lash work centers on the Korean lash lift, which lifts natural lashes from root to tip using customized shield or curl rods chosen to suit eye shape and lash pattern. Tint is included at no extra charge, and the lift is suited to straight or downward-growing lashes. Semi-permanent lash tinting is also available in black, blue black or brown, with bottom lashes tinted at no extra charge. The studio does not offer lash extensions.
Three combined packages, Moon Glow, Lunar Lift and Total Eclipse, bundle brow and lash services at a lower price than booking them separately. Clients coming in for a first tint, lamination or lash lift are advised to do a free patch test about 10 minutes long, 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. The studio uses premium clean beauty products.
Mapping comes first: brow and lash work is built around each client's bone structure and eye shape, using premium clean products.
