Appointments are booked online only, through the Booksy system; the studio does not take bookings by phone or text. A debit or credit card must be kept on file to reserve a time. Cancellations or changes need at least 12 hours' notice, and later changes are charged the full cost of the original service. A no-call, no-show is charged the full listed price for each booked service, and arriving more than 10 minutes late to a 30-minute appointment requires rescheduling and a fee. Gratuity is included in the listed prices.

The studio is entered through the back door, marked with the address numbers. The building has one parking space directly behind it, reached through the alley and best suited to a compact car or small SUV, and street parking is available nearby. It is open Tuesday through Saturday, generally 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and special hours are announced on the voicemail message on the business phone line.

Before a wax, the studio advises clients to stop shaving two to three weeks ahead so hair is about a quarter inch long, to exfoliate and moisturize 24 hours ahead without doing both on the same day, and to avoid direct sun and heavy workouts for 24 hours before and after. For intimate services, underwear is removed and a cup or tampon is required. Each service uses a new wax stick, wax is not double-dipped, and the wax pots are deep-cleaned and disinfected regularly.

The menu runs from small areas to full-body sessions. Facial waxing covers brows, lip, chin, ears, nose, cheeks, neck or hairline and sideburns, and a full face wax covers brows, lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, nose, neck, forehead and jawline in one 30-minute sitting. Body waxing covers arms, hands, legs, back, shoulders, underarms and stomach. Brazilian waxing removes hair from the front, back and between the cheeks, including the labia, and clients can choose full removal or a strip. Men can book Brazilian, chest, back, leg and buttock waxes. A 5% lidocaine numbing cream can be applied 15 minutes before the wax, and it comes with a complimentary eye mask and a hand or neck massage. The business says it aims to deliver outstanding results each time and describes its Opulent Brazilian as the only one of its kind in Denver. It does not offer a first-time discount on the first Brazilian, saying this supports consistent results.
