Facials are the business's main face-care offering. The Echo Signature Facial runs 80 minutes, and the European Facial runs 60 minutes. A Clean & Clear Facial, a Detoxifying Destressing Treatment for men (60 minutes, with essential oils and malt extract of Scottish whisky), and several longer Institute Treatments are also on the menu, including the Hydradvance Intensive Treatment, which takes 80 minutes and is recommended as a course of three. The Institute Treatments use the Digi-Esthetique facial massage method.

Nail services include classic and gel manicures, a paraffin manicure, an organic keratin manicure, and three Miracle Pedicure options. Nail sets, fills and permanent extensions are also offered. Massage options include Swedish (60 or 90 minutes), combination deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology and chair massage, with reflexology and chair massage offered in 10, 20 or 30 minute sessions.

Booking requires a credit card or gift certificate. First-time clients complete a profile before their first service and are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice for one service or 48 hours for several. Returns and refunds are not processed; exchanges or spa credit of equal value are offered for treatments.
