New clients begin with a customized, in-depth consultation on hair type and texture before the cut. Their first visit calls for clean hair that was shampooed within the last 24 hours, with no product and no ponytails, and it should be air-dried. For a Transformational Haircut, hair should be washed within 24 hours, may be slightly damp, and worn the way the client normally wears it, without ponytails or buns. Longer or thicker hair is steered toward that appointment rather than the standard new client cut. Established clients may come in with hair styled the way they usually wear it, including product.

The service menu runs from a 20-minute consultation to a 1 hour 40 minute Transformational Haircut, which is for a big change, a large amount of hair, thick or thick curly hair, or when more than light styling is needed. Its price can rise with the amount of hair and time involved.
