Services are given one on one in a private studio in Lynnwood, so each appointment is with the same person from start to finish. Alongside extensions, the menu covers color and highlights, adult and children's haircuts, keratin smoothing, loc maintenance, silk press, relaxers and detangling and scalp care.

A $15 deposit is required for new clients. Follow-up adjustments requested within 7 days of a service are free.

The business says healthy natural hair is a priority alongside its extension work. Keratin options range from an express smoothing treatment that the studio says lasts up to 2 months, to a full smoothing treatment, to a temporary children's keratin for ages 6 to 12 that lasts up to 8 weeks. Extension appointments are scheduled around how often the hair is moved or reapplied, which runs every 4 to 6 weeks for tape-ins and every 4 to 8 weeks for one-row wefts.

Hours are Wednesday 9 AM to 2 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Clients need to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation on the day of the appointment may be charged 50 percent of the service price, and a no-show may be charged the full price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The studio treats extensions and natural hair care as one plan, starting each new client with a scalp analysis and a custom treatment plan.
