New clients begin with a consultation before they can book. Starter Loc Consultations are an hour long and cover parting, sizing, a crown assessment, and placement of a sample set of 8 to 10 locs, with a custom quote that is honored for 30 days. Clients who already have locs and are moving to the studio can book a shorter 30-minute transfer consultation for a full assessment, a discussion of expectations, and guidance on booking.

Retwists typically take 2 to 3 hours, depending on length, density, and style. Each retwist includes the signature wash, and clients can add classic styling or advanced styles such as rope twists, plaits, or curls. Signature Loc Maintenance covers ongoing retwists, styling, and loc health services for established clients who have completed a consultation. Braiding services, including braids, plaits, and intricate designs, do not require a consultation.

The studio works with traditional, freeform, sisterlocks, and interlocks. The studio states that each session is intentional and centered on each client's locs, goals, and comfort.
