The owner, Erica G, holds a Licensed Master Esthetician license. The studio says its priority is that each client has the best possible experience. Erica explains each step of a service in detail and keeps the conversation easygoing, which is meant to help clients who find waxing intimidating relax.

The Korean lash lift and tint does not use a traditional lash perm. The curl that shows depends on natural lash length, thickness and density, and longer, thicker lashes usually show a more visible curl. Eyebrow tweezing is recommended for clients on medication that may thin skin, clients using anti-aging or acne skin care, and clients with very sensitive skin.

Appointments are subject to policies: cancellations made less than 12 hours ahead are charged a 50% late cancellation fee, a missed appointment without notice is charged a 100% no-show fee, and clients who no-show cannot book again. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with shorter hours on Wednesday and Saturday, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
