Booking is done through the business's own online booking page, where a valid credit or debit card is required on file and appointments need 72 hours' notice. Clients who call the business directly are asked for a deposit the same day instead. Full payment is due at the time of service, and arriving more than eight minutes late may lead to cancellation and a charge of half the service price.

Brazilian waxing is the core service, with options for women, men and an extended Vajacial that is offered only alongside a Brazilian wax on the same day. Men's Brazilian waxes require a referral; first-time clients enter a referral name when they book. Brows are handled in several levels, from shaping to a deluxe session with brow mapping, arch sculpting, a hydro jelly mask and tint, as well as brow lamination with tint that the business says lasts six to eight weeks. Lash tinting and lash lifts are available.

Facials are built around products picked for each client's skin concerns and range from a classic cleanse to deeper treatments with enzymes, extractions, LED or red light and high frequency. A free consultation or test patch is offered for anyone with questions before booking.

One esthetician works with each client directly, and facial products are chosen to suit the skin concerns the client brings in.
