E&O Wellness is a primary care practice in Arvada, Colorado, founded by nurse practitioner Natalie Santucci. Its care is organized around direct primary care membership, with additional service areas in hormone health, weight management, regenerative medicine and aesthetics. The practice does not bill insurance for office visits, though insurance may still be used for labs, imaging, prescriptions and outside specialist referrals. Membership is designed to sit alongside insurance, which covers hospital care and specialists.
Membership has three tiers. Tier 1 is $110 a month and covers unlimited primary care for adults. Tier 2 is $150 a month and adds peptide catalog access and member discounts on PRP, aesthetics and HRT pellets, and the practice describes it as its most complete value. Tier 3 is $395 a month and includes GLP-1 medication through the weight loss program. Membership carries a three-month minimum and requires 30 days of written notice to cancel. Membership is open to people who live outside Arvada, and it is not required for services, since non-members can use cash-pay services without becoming established patients.
A visit typically runs 30 to 60 minutes and can be held in person or by telehealth when appropriate. Appointments can be booked online, through ZocDoc, or by calling the office. Labs and medications are passed through at wholesale, and the cost is shown before anything is ordered.
The clinic's hormone offerings cover menopause and perimenopause care, hormone testing, testosterone replacement for men, and EvexiPEL pellet therapy, and medical-grade nutraceuticals are available alongside hormone treatment. Pellet implants generally stay active for about three to four months, with women typically seeing around 12 to 14 weeks and men around 14 to 16. Members pay $375 per session for women and $700 for men, while non-members pay $425 and $775. A first HRT consultation is $125 for non-members.
Weight management uses GLP-1 medication with personalized medical programs and is offered through membership only. Consultations review health history, concerns, goals, labs and prior treatments, and patients are seen every four weeks once they start. Visits check labs, weight, blood pressure and side effects. Whether GLP-1 therapy is right for a patient is decided by the patient and Natalie Santucci together.
Regenerative medicine includes PRP, which is made from the patient's own blood and used for conditions such as tendon injuries and knee arthritis. The practice says many PRP patients see optimal results with four to six treatments. PRP treatment may require additional imaging if the treated site has not been imaged in the last 12 months. Peptide therapy is planned after a consultation.
Aesthetic services include neurotoxins, with Dysport at $12 per unit and Xeomin at $10 per unit, for forehead lines, crow's feet, lip lines, chin dimpling, and jawline and neck bands. Dermal filler is $550 per syringe and is offered for lips and smile lines, cheeks, under-eye hollows, and jawline and chin. Microneedling is $200 per session with $50 for each additional area, typically a course of three sessions spaced four weeks apart using the Dr. Pen device with numbing cream beforehand. The practice says microneedling combined with PRP can shorten downtime to about two days. A free consultation takes about 20 minutes. The practice describes its care as accessible and patient-centered.
Treatment plans are built around each patient's health history, goals and quality of life, and recommendations weigh the individual situation, available evidence and a risk-benefit discussion. The practice keeps a small panel of a few hundred patients, and patients can call, text or email the provider directly.
The suite has free parking directly outside, accessible parking spaces in the lot, an ADA ramp to the entrance and an accessible restroom.
