Options range from accent foil and face-framing balayage to full foil highlights, full balayage, bleach and tone, and platinum card work that takes about four hours. Several color services include a glaze and Olaplex, and bleach and tone also includes K18. A free 10-minute consultation is available for big changes, corrections or general updates. Specialty shades the salon does not normally keep are charged an extra $30.
Cuts are offered for kids, men and women, and the portfolio shows face-framing, heavy layers, full balayage and keratin treatment work. Keratin smoothing comes in an express version and a full version, and both add keratin and protein to frizzy or damaged hair for a smooth, relaxed curl.
Booking is done online through the salon's Glossgenius page. Parking is free in the guest and retail area. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations and no-call, no-show bookings are charged the full value of the booked services, and rebooking after a same-day cancellation or no-show needs a 50% deposit. Visits longer than four hours are charged $100 per hour. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
