The darker color session, about 2.5 hours, covers grey coverage, root retouches, gloss, vivid color refreshes and all-over darkening. Blonding or going lighter, about 4 hours, includes dimensional blonding, highlights, balayage, bleach and toning. Vivid or extra-lightening work runs about 5 hours, color correction about 6 hours, and full-day sessions about 8 hours. Darker and blonding sessions include a K18 masque and a haircut, while vivid, correction and full-day sessions include K18.

Every new color client has a consultation before color is applied. It can take place in person, by email or through Instagram direct message, and it is complimentary.

Haircut options start with a short or clipper cut above the ears, including fades, clipper cuts and scissor cuts, about 45 minutes for $80. A pixie cut, which the business notes is not a clipper cut or bob, takes about an hour for $90. A medium or long cut for hair longer than a pixie up to mid back takes about an hour for $100. A specialty cut for thick, curly, shag or extra long hair takes about 1.5 hours for $170.

A maintenance trim, about 30 minutes for $35, refreshes heavy layers, bangs, shag framing or an undercut shave. It is not a haircut and removes no length from the perimeter. Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair, as shampoo and styling are not included. Existing clients get one complimentary neck or bang trim between haircuts, about 15 minutes. A K18 masque can be added to any haircut for $20, requested at the start of the appointment. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, and can be sent to one person, pooled by a group, or kept for oneself.

Color is scheduled by the hour and every new color client starts with a consultation so the service can be planned before any color is applied.
