Visits take place in a private, calm room with soft lighting and a treatment bed, and appointments are not rushed. The studio aims for steady, long-term skin health through non-invasive work rather than quick fixes or time needed to recover afterward.

Most clients start with the Signature Facial, which includes deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions when needed, and a mask chosen for the skin. Dermaplaning, Enhanced and Advanced facials build on that base, with the Enhanced adding one targeted enhancement and the Advanced adding two. Facial enhancements such as LED light therapy, microcurrent, nano infusion and dermaplaning can be added to any facial. Teens ages 12 to 17 have a dedicated facial, and couples can book a Skin Ritual for Two together.

Waxing, brow and lash tinting, and monthly VIP memberships round out the menu. VIP memberships run on a 6- or 12-month commitment and then continue month to month. Spafinder, SpaWeek and select Best of Columbus gift cards are accepted toward eligible facial services, and holders should mention the card when booking or get in touch before the appointment.
