Acne care is a focus. The Face Reality Acne Consultation, from $175, includes a skin analysis and a first customized treatment. Clients who continue with Acne Coaching Maintenance return every two to four weeks for a chemical peel, extractions as needed, and LED. Procell Microchanneling, from $275, is described by the studio as a no-downtime alternative to microneedling for acne scars, hyperpigmentation and fine lines.

New clients booking a facial start with the New Client Consult + Facial, from $175 and about 90 minutes, which includes a 60-minute customized facial. Returning clients can book the Signature Custom Facial, from $150, which includes dermaplaning. Skincare Consultations, from $75, can be done over Zoom or FaceTime if a visit in person is not practical.

Brow and lash services include a Signature Brow Package from $100 (lamination, wax, and tint or stain), brow lamination, brow stain and tint, and a Lash Lift + Tint that lasts about eight weeks. Waxing covers brows, chin and upper lip. Add-ons such as extractions, microcurrent, neck treatment and facial massage can be added to most facials. A 3 Microchanneling Treatments package costs $800, which is $100 less than buying the sessions separately, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout.

Appointments can be booked online or by texting 614-674-2856. Cancelling or changing a booking requires 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee. Missed appointments without notice are billed the full price of the service. A client who arrives over 10 minutes behind their appointment time may be asked to rebook, and a 50% charge applies. Opening hours are Monday and Tuesday 11 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 11 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 4 PM.
