The three facials are the 50-minute Cassiopeia Facial, which is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants; the 50-minute H2O Facial, which hydrates and removes dead skin cells; and the 50-minute Anti-Gravity Facial, intended to lift, tighten, and repair the skin. Body treatments include the 50-minute North Star Body Scrub made with Himalayan salt, the 60-minute Dark Side of the Moon treatment with a lunar body mask of water-rich nutrients, and the 90-minute Aurora Borealis, which uses vitamins and minerals and is intended to tighten and tone. Massages are available in 60, 90, or 120 minutes: Orion Massage, the Deep in Space deep tissue massage, and the Serenity Couples Massage for two people, which uses sacred oils.

Packages combine several services into one visit. The 120-minute Moon Phases Massage Package pairs a custom 60-minute massage with a North Star body scrub or Cassiopeia facial and a ceremonial tea blended with customized herbs. The 180-minute Eclipse Massage Package includes a custom full body massage, an H2O facial, a Dark Side of the Moon body scrub, a customized tea, and relaxation room access. The 240-minute Star Gazing Massage Package adds a customizable 100-minute massage, an Anti-Gravity Facial, and an Aurora Borealis body scrub, with full amenities access and a parting gift. Monthly memberships come in three tiers: Essential at $135 per month with one 30-minute massage, Harmony at $215 per month with one 50 or 60-minute treatment, and Elite Ritual at $425 per month with two 50 or 60-minute treatments. Every tier includes a weekly day pass and 15% off other services and retail, Essential and Harmony include 50% off add-on enhancements, and Elite Ritual includes one free add-on plus 50% off further add-ons. Memberships carry a 3-month minimum, unused services do not roll over, fees are non-refundable, and a 20% service fee applies when membership treatments are redeemed. Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service, and a 20% gratuity is added to spa treatments.
