The dry cut method traces back to Paris. It was developed in New York by the late John Sahag and brought to Boston by Charles Maksou, who is the salon's dry cut craftsman. Because the hair is cut dry, each strand is cut individually rather than in wet sections, and the cut follows the hair's natural shape and growth pattern. Clients can watch the cut take shape as it happens.

A shampoo and blow dry are part of the dry cut service and can be done before or after the cut, depending on hair type. The salon also offers color, including single and double process, balayage, and highlights with an optional toner, along with blowouts, a keratin treatment that takes about two hours, bridal updos and bridesmaid styling, makeup, organic henna tattoos, microblading, threading, and waxing for brows, face, arms, legs, underarms and more.
