Facials are built around a skin assessment and move through cleansing, exfoliation and barrier support, ending with a home-care plan. The three named facials are The Signature, starting at $120, which includes a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation and targeted hydration; The Golden Hour, a 60-minute customized facial starting at $150; and The Ritual, a 90-minute customized facial starting at $220 that may add advanced exfoliation and targeted treatments.

Waxing covers body areas from the neckline to full legs and full back, facial areas from the lip and chin to a full face with brows, and a range of Brazilian options from inner buttocks to the full Brazilian. Premium wax is used for these services, and the full face service does not include brows or nose. Waxing results typically last one to two weeks, and most clients return every four to six weeks. Hair should be at least a quarter to half an inch long, and clients should wait at least two weeks after their last shave. Clients are advised to exfoliate several days before, avoid heavy oils or lotions on the day, skip sun and tanning for 48 hours beforehand, and get a spray tan one to two days after.

Brow lamination straightens, lifts and sets natural brow hairs in place for several weeks. The lash lift gives natural lashes a semi-permanent curl and lift, with an optional tint. Lash tint and brow tint are semi-permanent options; the brow dye adheres only to hair and not to skin.

The studio is by appointment only. Hours are Monday 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed Sunday and Wednesday. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule; changes made within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service price, and no-shows without notice are charged the full cost. Clients more than five minutes late may have the service shortened or modified, and the full scheduled price may still apply. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present at their first visit to consent to waxing. Free parking, disabled access, and staff who speak English and Spanish are available. Accepted payments include American Express, cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa and MasterCard, with pay over time offered for orders of $50 or more.
