The salon describes its experience as personalized and aimed at healthy, seamless results. Every style service includes a shampoo and conditioning. Many braid and install services need at least 4 inches of hair, including the edges, so clients with shorter hair should ask before booking. First-time extension clients and first-time color clients have a consultation, and extension work includes a 4-week follow-up for maintenance. Extensions are sold separately from services, and deposits are non-refundable but applied to the booked appointment.

The braid menu is broad. Knotless braids come in extra small, small, medium and large sizes. The Miracle knotless braids blend natural hair with human feather crochet hair, and clients buy four to five bundles beforehand; with proper care the style is described as lasting about 6 to 8 weeks. Other braid styles include Fulani braids, Marley twists, island twists, feed-in braids, Alicia Keys braids, a freestyle mohawk, side braids, braided ponytails and boho bobs. Boho curls can be added to braids using 100% human hair, and the add-on fee is the same whether the client supplies their own bulk hair or not. Full boho curls on island twists and Fulani braids are booked as a separate service.

Sew-in and weave services include traditional sew-ins, versatile sew-ins that allow middle or side parts and up, down or half-up styles, and quick weaves. Traditional and versatile sew-ins are described as lasting 8 to 12 weeks with proper care, and quick weaves up to six weeks. Half up half down options are offered as bond-in or sew-in versions, and specialty styles include a Cassie style that combines a mohawk on one side with a bond-in on the other. Wig installs are glue-less and do not include wig customization. Sew-in installs are done without cut-up tracks, and installing tracks that are already cut carries an extra charge for quick weaves.

Color and natural hair care are also offered. Partial color applies permanent or demi color to a selected section and does not include full-head color, highlights, balayage or color correction. Root touch-ups cover new growth and are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks. Natural hair services include silk presses, two strand twists, natural braids, braid-downs and shampoo and style options. Removal services cover bond-ins, braids and sew-ins, each with a shampoo, steam treatment and blow-dry.

The salon focuses on personalized service and healthy, seamless results, and uses consultations before extension and color work to check suitability and plan maintenance.
