Blowouts are central to the menu. A blowout is done with a blow dryer and round brush and can finish in curls, waves or a smooth look. A signature blowout typically takes about 45 minutes, and extensions or thick or long hair may need more time. Shorter styling options include Express Dry Styling and The Blowout, and a blowout can be paired with a braid, a trim, extensions, a conditioning masque or a Fusiodose treatment.

For clients with naturally curly or textured hair, the salon offers a silk press. The appointment covers washing, conditioner, a blow-dry and flat ironing, and no chemical straightener is used. Other options include an Express Keratin Smoothing Treatment and two DREAM(DIY) choices: a quick express version and a version that adds a wash. The Braids & Beyond menu lists three styles by name: Soft and Romantic, Straight and Sleek, and (Undone) Messy and Chic.

Color options range from all-over color and partial or full highlights to toner, clear gloss and root touch-ups. Cuts run from bang trims and trims to a standard haircut, a specialized cut, and cuts for men and children aged 12 and under. Extension work includes Microlinks maintenance, partial Microlinks maintenance, sew-in maintenance and sew-in takedown. Stylists can work with bonded extensions, but clients should share the extension details when booking, and the salon does not guarantee extensions installed by another provider. Clients who wear clip-in extensions can bring their own for a BYOE service. Makeup includes full face makeup, eye and lip services, lashes, brows and a makeup lesson. Waxing covers the lip, chin, brows, sideburns and full face.

Hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday. Appointment changes need at least 12 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full price. A ten-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Blowout series packs of 3, 5 and 10 visits are available, with 2 to 6 month validity depending on the pack, and the Elite membership costs $160. Retail products are final sale, except defective items, which may be returned within three days.
