Day spa visits range from a mini manicure or mini pedicure to longer packages, including one that also lets adults join for manicures and pedicures. Each session includes towels and spa robes, and sessions use specialty products such as bath fizz, sugar scrub, and glittered lotion. Mini spa lessons cover skincare, makeup, and inner beauty. The space also has a create-your-own selection, a bead bar, and custom decor.

Parties can be held at the spa, where a booking includes private use of the party room and a wireless audio system, or taken to homes, special events, parks, and corporate gatherings as mobile spa parties. Spa party packages run 120 minutes. Dream Lab is a science program with experiments and crafts, offered in-store, at home, at schools, or at community events, and a Dream Lab party runs 100 minutes with a craft selection for up to 10 children. Teachers can bring students on field trips. Guests may bring their own nut-free food, cake, snacks, and drinks, though personal food cannot be stored in the spa refrigerators and plates, napkins, and cutlery are not provided.

Hygiene practices described by the business include disposable applicators for makeup and a disposable tool for lipstick, changing water and sanitizing bowls between each manicure and pedicure client, single-use tools, and hospital-grade disinfectants. Guests with lice, a visible nail infection, damage, or communicable conditions are not served. The spa says it works with regional health departments to meet their criteria.

Parents or guardians are welcome at parties, with up to 2 adults per child outside the birthday child's family. Siblings may attend but receive services only if added as an additional child. Parties above 10 children carry additional-child fees and usually need an extra hour, so larger groups should be discussed with the team first. Doors open 15 minutes early for setup. Parties can be booked online at any hour, by phone, by email, or in person, and the spa can also be rented for private events by email. Weekday appointments are strongly suggested because weekends fill quickly, though walk-ins are encouraged on weekends.
