Scalp therapy is the core of the practice, with treatments aimed at growing, keeping and restoring hair. Trichology consultations include a personalized treatment plan and address alopecia, thinning, balding, scalp psoriasis, scalp eczema and other scalp and hair concerns. Low-level laser therapy is offered for hair loss and thinning, including for cancer patients. Non-surgical scalp micropigmentation can enhance a hairline or part line, create the look of density, or camouflage scars. Steam oxygen treatment is a two-hour scalp service.

Hair styling covers extension installs using Microlinks, Itips and TapeIns, with extra curls available to fix Itips and TapeIns, plus wig installs. Severely tangled hair is handled through a detangling service priced after consultation, and weaves and wigs can be taken down or removed. Scalp treatments do not include a full styling session and typically end with a braid down or a wash and go.

Custom wigs are made to order after a consultation, during which the owner takes six head measurements. Wigs are sold fully customized, with plucked natural hairlines, bleached knots and lace tinting, and are made from human hair of several origins. The site describes its collection as offering wigs up to 40 inches. Insurance is accepted for medical wigs, though cranial prosthesis coverage varies by carrier, so clients should check their own benefits.

Every booking requires a consultation, confirmation and a deposit paid by Zelle. Deposits are $50 for most services and $500 for Microlinks, Itips and TapeIns.
