Surgical options include FUE, FUT, combined FUE and FUT, No-Shave FUE and Long-Hair FUE. The practice describes No-Shave FUE as not requiring the head to be shaved in advance and as avoiding over-harvesting. Facial hair transplants cover beards, mustaches and sideburns, including filling thin areas or camouflaging facial scars. Eyebrow transplants restore thinning brows or conceal a scar, and the practice also treats tattooed eyebrows that are fading; these are done under local anesthesia, with donor hair usually taken from near the neck. Consultations are free and carry no obligation, and they can be held in person or virtually, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Free consultations do not include free procedures or clinical trials. Treatment options and pricing are discussed at the consultation, based on the surgeon's evaluation. After a recommendation, a Patient Education Director gives a price quote and helps arrange the procedure. Before surgery, patients change into disposable scrubs and anti-slip socks, and hair is washed with surgical shampoo. Procedures use local anesthesia with an oral sedative, not IV or injected sedation. Follow-up visits are normally at 4, 8 and 12 months after a transplant, with more available at no charge, and transplant patients can call the surgeon directly with questions afterward.

Financing is available through third parties: 12-month interest-free options through CareCredit, and terms of up to 60 months at low interest depending on credit score. Out-of-town clients traveling 100 miles or more to the Port Orange center are offered a two-night complimentary hotel stay.
