The spa describes itself as a trusted partner in health and beauty.

Treatment planning starts with a complimentary consultation. Facial planning begins with a complimentary 30-minute skin consultation, and several facials and all advanced body contouring treatments require a consultation first. Advanced body contouring is booked through Boulevard, the spa's online booking partner.

Facials run from 50 to 100 minutes and are customized on the day of the appointment. The spa recommends facials every four to six weeks, and asks clients to avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids for 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Facial cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Memberships and gift cards are available. Monthly memberships for massage, skin care, or skin plus body include a set number of appointments each month, a $1 setup fee, and an extra 15 percent off retail products, and are valid for six months. Online booking through Boulevard covers individual appointments, group appointments, memberships, and gift cards.

Some peptides listed on the site are not FDA-approved for the uses referenced there, and the spa notes they may be research or compounded products. Neurotoxin results are described as lasting up to three to four months, and dermal fillers up to nine months or longer.

The spa works from consultations before treatment plans are set, and builds facials and body treatments to each client's needs on the day.
