Braiding appointments include shampoo, conditioning, a blow dry and the style itself. Shampoo and blow dry are normally included, but clients may skip them without a price change. Hair should be fully detangled before arriving unless a takedown is booked. The salon supplies braiding hair, and clients may bring their own if it is dropped off at least 24 hours ahead; the salon may decline hair whose quality it does not approve. Coffee and water are offered, along with a choice of shows or movies during appointments. Clients should arrive no more than 10 minutes early, and only one additional guest is allowed, for a child's appointment or when a translator is needed. Service times include 15 to 30 minutes of cleanup and preparation.

According to the salon policy, a few sample prices are box braids booked at $250 and a shampoo, blow dry and trim at $55; these are examples rather than a full price list. Advanced children's styles such as box braids, senegalese twists and knotless braids are priced at the regular base rate, while kids' pricing applies to simple styles like basic braids to the scalp. Clients unsure which category applies can send a photo before booking. A $25 late fee applies after the first 10 minutes of lateness, plus $5 for each additional 10 minutes, and an appointment may be cancelled if a client is 30 to 60 minutes late depending on the service. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled total, no-shows are charged in full, and deposits are non-refundable. Switching to a shorter service less than 24 hours before the appointment requires 50% of the original price plus the new service's price.

The salon states that privacy and hair health are its top priorities. It is a no-smoking space, and clients are asked to avoid bringing smoke odor on their clothing. When no appointments are open, clients can join a waitlist and receive a text with a booking link if a spot opens. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 9pm, Friday 10am to 10pm, Saturday 9am to 10pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.
