Booking requires a $25 non-refundable retainer to secure any appointment. Clients may reschedule once using the same retainer, with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the retainer, and a new one is needed to rebook, and no refunds are given. Clients should arrive on time with their hair already taken down and detangled, unless a take-down service has been added. Before booking, clients are asked to send a recent photo of their hair and the look they want. Extra people are not permitted at appointments, and anyone unsure about a service can call or text to ask before booking.
