The menu centers on color. Face-framing foil places color around the face or along the part line, partial highlights add accents on the crown, and full highlights run through the whole head. Lowlights add dimension, and a gloss adds shine, a chosen tone and can refresh the ends. Root refresh covers or blends grey hair. Women's and men's haircuts are also offered, along with a wash, blowdry and style that includes a scalp massage. Most color and cut services do not include a blowout unless it is booked separately.

A scalp facial is offered as its own service: an exfoliating scalp cleanse with hot towels and essential oil, followed by a fifteen-minute massage and a blowout. An EVO Top Drop treatment can be added for dry or hard-to-manage hair.

Clients book through the studio's GlossGenius page. Questions can be sent through a contact form addressed to Sarah Banford, and hair care consultations are submitted the same way. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to notify the studio as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Regular hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 3 PM and Friday 9 AM to 3 PM, with Thursday, Saturday and Sunday closed.
