A visit usually starts with a thorough consultation that covers skin history, concerns and goals. First-time clients book a First Skin Session, which opens with a 15 to 30 minute review of history and goals before a facial is customized to the skin. Signature and Intensive Skin Sessions follow a set sequence of double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions when needed, a targeted mask and facial massage, with one added modality chosen from options such as dermaplaning, LED light therapy, high frequency, cold globes, Oxygen RX or ultrasonic infusion. Modalities added during a session are included in the facial price, with no separate add-on charges. Every service is tailored to the individual, and each recommendation comes with an explanation of why it is suggested. Clients leave with a home-care plan for the time between appointments.

The menu also includes SkinPen microneedling, which is delivered as a series, several chemical peels, the KrX Green Sea Peel, dermaplaning, the Oxygen RX Acne Session, the SWiCH dermal rejuvenation facial, the CO2 Lift gel mask and waxing. New clients are asked for a deposit on some services, and the studio offers pay-over-time plans through Cherry with 0% APR options that depend on eligibility. The studio is open Wednesday from 9am to 5pm and Friday through Sunday from 11am to 9pm, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
