Services are booked online through the salon's Glossgenius page. Many appointments require a deposit, typically from $10 to $150 depending on the service, and a new client booking a hairstyle pays a $55 deposit. A 40% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Hair extensions are priced by method, length and color, and include the hair, installation, cut and style; a consultation is recommended and a $500 deposit is required. Prices shown are starting prices.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM; the salon is closed on Sundays. In person, clients can pay with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
