Hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with the studio closed on Mondays and Sundays. Some color and treatment services take a deposit when booking: full color with blowout ($65), global keratin ($80), balayage for new clients ($80), color correction ($100), and full highlights or lowlights ($60 each). Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 30% fee. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The Luxe Blo Out is a wash and blowout, with the style shaped to each client's wishes, starting at $35. Extra charges for longer or thicker hair start at $5 and are set by how much hair there is and how long it is. The membership gives four Luxe Blo-Outs for $175 every four weeks, a saving of $85, and each visit includes a wash. The four blowouts need to be used within four weeks of the start date. Members book appointments the usual way, and their membership is applied at the studio when they check out.
