About

The name comes from the Latin donum vitae, meaning the gift of life. The owners were inspired by spa and massage experiences they had in Japan, the Mediterranean, Europe, Thailand, China and Malaysia. The business is operated by Mona Lisa Wellness LLC.

Visits are built as rituals that combine touch, scent, steam, water, warmth and quiet time. Guests choose how much time to reserve, from 30 to 210 minutes, and staff help shape the ritual on arrival. A first visit begins with a short intake covering goals, pressure, heat sensitivity, allergies, injuries, pregnancy and comfort. Guests can ask for changes to pressure, positioning, temperature, scent or the areas addressed, and can pause or end a service at any time. The spa notes that it does not diagnose medical conditions or replace care from a medical professional.

Signature offerings include EvitaFlow massage, adjusted to preferred pressure and target areas, and EvitaHaloCrown, a head spa for scalp, head and neck care performed beneath a water halo. Body scrubs can use brown sugar, Epsom salt, coffee or blended textures, and steam sauna time can be booked before or after a massage, scrub or head spa. Couples can book a shared EvitaFlow massage with separate pressure and focus preferences, and small groups can book a private spa day.

The site reports a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 74 Google reviews. Guests come from Fort Worth, Euless, Grapevine, Colleyville, Hurst and North Richland Hills, among other nearby communities. Online booking is recommended to confirm availability, prices and durations. A $10 per person non-refundable reservation fee applies to reserve an appointment.

Rituals are guided around each guest's goals and comfort, with time shaped by availability. The spa describes its rituals as personalized rather than one-size-fits-all.

A quiet, calm setting where guests are welcomed with a healthy herbal tea.
