Creative Edge Salon Suites, also known as Creative Edge Salons, leases salon suites to beauty professionals. The business was started by owner Deanna Simonek after she searched for a salon suite concept in the DFW area. She had leased the same salon suite for 18 years before opening Creative Edge, and the business aims to be run with good ethics and high morals, with tenants kept in mind in its decisions.

About

Suites are private rooms that can be customized, with recessed ceilings and optional windows, and fully furnished suites are available on request. Tenants can lease a suite daily or on one-, two- or three-year terms, and can take up to three weeks of vacation per year with rent waived during that time. Suites have 24-hour access and are monitored by high-definition security cameras. Each suite has towel folding service, and the building has a washer and dryer, a break room with a fridge, and a coffee station with a Keurig. Tenants also have a coffee or tea bar and a lounge on an outdoor covered patio.

Full-time receptionists are on hand to assist tenants and their clients with day-to-day needs. Their duties include ordering lunch, emptying bins, doing laundry, tearing foil, promoting work on social media, and shampooing clients. Suites are open to hair stylists, massage therapists, lash technicians, manicurists, and skin care professionals. Beyond hair, the salon also provides facial, nail and cosmetic treatments. Podology services are provided through Pure Comfort Spa Clinique.

Prospective tenants can fill out a contact form on the website, and the receptionist responds within 24 to 48 hours. The shared front desk can be reached at 817-685-7600. Reception is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 8am to 4pm, and is closed Monday. According to the suite inquiry form, room price ranges run from $200 to $225, $225 to $250, $250 to $275, and $275 and up.
