Appointments are booked through an online booking page and require a $30 deposit each time. Clients who no-call or no-show receive no service, and guests are not allowed to accompany a client to the appointment. Payment can be made by Cash App, Apple Pay or Zelle.

Every color service other than silk pressing begins with a consultation, and tape-in extensions also require one first. Consultations for custom wigs, color or bridal hair take 30 minutes and cost $25. The Monthly Package covers four wash-and-styles and one relaxer retouch, while add-ons such as color, retouches and haircuts are charged on the day of service.

Extension work includes quick weaves, traditional sewins and lace closure installs. For quick weaves with a closure, the client supplies a 4x4 lace closure, and the salon suggests a few closure brands. For traditional sewins using hair 20 inches or longer, the salon recommends three bundles.

Balayage starts at $190 for shoulder-length hair, and longer hair is quoted when the client makes contact.

Consultations come before color and tape-in work so the plan is settled first.
